- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First of all, it was my third time here but the first time that I was really disappointed. It started with a really rude front desk lady that immediately said they don't take my insurance although they did it before. I was really sick and she didn't care. I needed to raise my voice, call to my insurance from my phone and make her talk to them. It took them an hour (!!!) to decide that they can actually take my insurance and let me see a doctor. 3 people came in during this time and they let everyone get in before me although I was there first! The treatment I got from the nurse and the doctor was great but I called them yesterday at 3pm to ask something and I'm still waiting for the doctor to call me back!August 11, 2017by אופיר קורן
