- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am having trouble with a wisdom tooth and called to ask questions and request an appointment. I just spoke with Karen over the phone and she was so helpful and patience with my concerns! Fantastic phone customer service. ****An update to my visit. After visiting the Exton office for the first time, I wish I could give this group 6 stars. The waiting room was beautiful and clean, equipped with comfortable chairs and free wifi service. I have a pre-existing condition that will make a traditional wisdom tooth surgery more complicated. Dr. Chun went above and beyond to cover all possibilities concerning my condition and the surgery. The front desk staff and x-ray tech were friendly, helpful, even though it was the end of the day.
