I'm thankful for the team's professionalism, encouragement, good humor, and hard work in helping me get back on my feet. In the twice-a-week sessions, Director James Arnone struck that fragile balance between pushing me to do more and recognizing when "more" approached "more than I could handle." The progressive exercises - both at Apex and prescribed for home practice - ensured the steady progress I needed to move from near immobility to freedom of movement again. I've had physical therapy sessions at other places; my experience at Apex far surpasses any other I've had.
