  I was referred to Dr. Leonetti by my dentist to remove my wisdom teeth. I got 8 stitches on my lower right one and he told me to come back after 6 months for a follow up. I happened to have my routine dentist appointment after a week, and I was due for x-rays. My dentist found that the root of my lower right wisdom tooth was still there, and asked me to go back to Leonetti and ask to remove it before I healed from the stitches completely. I made the appointment with Leonetti but when I went back, in my surprise, instead of explaining why he left the root there without telling me, he was angry that I'd seen my dentist! I ended up with a very painful extraction of the root and another set of stitches. The nurse e left me with was very rude and filled up my mouth with gas due to bleeding. I was kind of dizzy but she very rudely said you are all done here and we don't need you to come back! I had to walk to the restroom and kept spitting out blood for a few minutes. I still can not believe that he left a wisdom tooth root in without telling me, and know all the consequences and trouble it could have cause me later.
